BIG STICK OF BUTTER SWEATER knitting pattern

The BIG STICK OF BUTTER sweater is a drop shoulder construction, knit from the top down. First the back yoke is knit flat while working the color chart for the back label. Next, the shoulders are shaped, and the front yoke is knit flat while working the color chart for the front label. The body is then joined and worked in the round. Lastly, a portion of the body is seamed before the sleeves and collar are picked up and knit in the round. The label for the sleeves is added at the end using duplicate stitch.

PATTERN INCLUDES COLOR CHARTS FOR BOTH SALTED AND UNSALTED STICKS  

Sizing for 10 sizes is available for this pattern fitting a 30”-60” bust size (see photos for sizing details). The BIG STICK OF BUTTER sweater has a loose and boxy fit and is designed to be worn with 10”-12” of positive ease in the smaller sizes, tapering to 6”-10” of positive ease in the larger sizes.

Color charts are included for both SALTED and UNSALTED sticks.
